RESPONSIBILITIES:
As part of the content team, your role will include the following in either a lead or a collaborative role:
  • Work on the UI design of Mithi product websites and create engaging marketing materials, including presentations, videos, logos, and illustrations.
  • Collaborate with fellow designers, research, product, and engineering teams to define and create relevant, intuitive, and visually appealing customer experiences.
  • Conceptualize and design original ideas that address complex design issues and provide ease of use to users.
  • Develop wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes to visualize design concepts and present them for review and feedback.
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure seamless integration of design elements into the final product, adhering to technical constraints and requirements.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design visually engaging promotional materials and campaigns that align with the brand identity.
  • Assist in creating design documentation and assets for development handoff and support during the implementation phase.
  • Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback on design prototypes, making data-driven refinements to optimize user experience.
  • Maintain a strong focus on accessibility, ensuring that designs meet web accessibility standards to provide an inclusive user experience for all users.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and design reviews to contribute ideas and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions, ensuring that the designs align with user preferences and needs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design to continuously improve design techniques and stay ahead of emerging design trends.
  • Upholding professionalism and ethical conduct in all customer and partner interactions.

A graduate degree for this post is mandatory. BDes (Bachelor of Design) or Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts would be preferred. However, candidates with diverse backgrounds and skills in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing their design capabilities are encouraged to apply
  • Portfolio of Relevant Design Work: A strong portfolio showcasing previous UX/UI design projects, demonstrating a range of design skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Adobe Photoshop: Proficiency in using Adobe Photoshop for creating and editing visual elements and graphics.
  • Figma: Skill in using Figma for collaborative interface design and prototyping.
