Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT sales, software solutions, and technology services, with a passion for consultative selling, relationship building, and exceeding sales targets. This is a high-impact role requiring a strategic thinker who can identify new business opportunities and nurture client relationships to drive sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage potential clients through networking, cold calling, market research, and strategic partnerships.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets.
Present and demonstrate IT solutions, software products, cloud services, cybersecurity solutions, and digital transformation services to potential clients.
Prepare persuasive proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to capitalize on market opportunities.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer success and technical teams, to ensure client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports to management.
Qualification & Skill(s) required:
Trained Fresher 0-2 years of experience in IT sales, B2B enterprise sales, SaaS, cloud computing, or technology solutions.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field (An MBA degree would be preferred).
Proven Track Record of Demonstrating success in achieving and exceeding sales quotas.
Deep understanding of IT services, emerging technologies, and market trends.
Strong negotiation, communication, and consultative selling skills.
Ability to understand and articulate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
Networking Ability and Establishing relationships with key decision-makers in the IT industry is a plus.
Willingness to travel for client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities as needed.
