Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to drive revenue growth and
expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT sales,
software solutions, and technology services, with a passion for consultative selling,
relationship building, and exceeding sales targets. This is a high-impact role requiring
a strategic thinker who can identify new business opportunities and nurture client
relationships to drive sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients through networking, cold calling, market research, and strategic partnerships.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets.
- Present and demonstrate IT solutions, software products, cloud services, cybersecurity solutions, and digital transformation services to potential clients.
- Prepare persuasive proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to capitalize on market opportunities.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer success and technical teams, to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports to management.
Qualification & Skill(s) required:
- Trained Fresher-2 years of experience in IT sales, B2B enterprise sales, SaaS, cloud computing, or technology solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field (An MBA degree would be preferred).
- Proven Track Record of Demonstrating success in achieving and exceeding sales quotas.
- Deep understanding of IT services, emerging technologies, and market trends.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and consultative selling skills.
- Ability to understand and articulate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Networking Ability and Establishing relationships with key decision-makers in the IT industry is a plus.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities as needed.
