Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to support and enhance our HR operations. This role is ideal for someone early in their HR career who is eager to gain hands-on experience across multiple HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding : Manage end-to-end recruitment for entry-level and mid-level roles. Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals. Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers. Facilitate smooth onboarding and documentation for new hires.
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management : Maintain and update employee records and HRMS systems. Handle employee documentation, confirmations, and exit formalities. Support payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and leave management.
Employee Engagement & Culture Building : Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and activities. Drive participation through meaningful and feedback-driven programs. Assist in building a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Performance Management : Support the performance appraisal process and documentation. Coordinate with managers for review cycles and feedback collection.
Compliance & Policy Implementation : Ensure adherence to company policies and statutory compliance. Assist in drafting, updating, and implementing HR policies (including ISO standards if applicable).
Employee Relations & Grievance Handling: Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns. Support in resolving employee grievances in a professional and timely manner.

Key Skills & Competencies

Basic understanding of HR processes and labor laws
Hands-on experience with HRMS tools
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and coordination abilities
Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable

Preferred Qualifications

MBA / PGDM in HR or relevant field
Internship or prior experience in HR (0–2 years)
