Our ventures so far have comprised of breakthrough and best-selling products such as geometric modelling, Indian Language windows and web apps, mission critical Enterprise software, & Cloud-based SaaS.

Before Vaultastic, the team had created SkyConnect - the secure & dependable business email software, that has been serving the mission-critical business communication needs of hundreds of leading businesses and organisations.

Position Summary
  • Here is an opportunity to be an influential member of a high performing sales team at a fast-growing SaaS company. As an SDA you will be responsible to drive new business and upsell by evangelizing Mithi’s cloud services to prospective and existing customers. You will be responsible for qualifying leads, understanding their requirement, presenting solutions, handling objections, and driving the engagement to closure.

Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience
  • Graduate or post-graduate from a recognised University.
  • 2 – 4 years of direct experience in Enterprise level technology sales of SaaS products (preferably on the Cloud). Exceptional freshers can be considered.
  • Experience with Sales, CRM and collaboration tools.
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements. You have the confidence to take up a variable pay package driven by your results.
  • Excellent command over spoken and written English.
  • Good empathetic listening skills and confident, clear communication with an ability to explain difficult concepts in a simple way.
  • Diligent, Disciplined & Persistent and the ability to receive critical feedback as key personal habits to support the role.
  • Excel at making and maintaining relationships with customers and team members.
  • A deep and hands-on understanding of the end to end sales process.
  • Ability to find solutions with a strong sense of urgency and motivation to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Ability to articulate technical capabilities in terms of business value.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • This position may require you to travel on demand.

  • Generate new sales leads through a mixture of outbound phone and email prospecting, following up on marketing campaigns and inbound inquiries.
  • Understand Mithi’s offerings and competitive positioning to effectively communicate and apply them to a prospect’s needs.
  • Schedule meetings and product demos for Account Executives. Enlist the support of sales specialists, implementation resources, service resources, and other sales and management resources as needed.
  • Manage the inbound lead process to maximize conversion and pipeline development.
  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain daily activity and prospect information in the CRM and our internal documentation systems.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly quotas and objectives.
  • You would actively work to close sales by engaging with various groups within the company to find effective solutions.
  • Provide daily, weekly and monthly status reports on the sales pipeline.
