- Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and technical documentation to support internal Mithi teams, promoting efficient workflows and processes.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, product managers, and developers to gather information and insights for technical documentation.
- Review and edit existing technical content to ensure consistency, accuracy, and adherence to Mithi's documentation standards.
- Create user guides, manuals, FAQs, and knowledge base articles to assist customers in understanding and effectively using Mithi's products and services.
- Research and stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance the quality and relevance of technical content.
- Ensure that technical documentation complies with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to produce technical content for product brochures, sales materials, and other promotional collateral.
