Mithi provides the following 3 types of deployments:
- Fresh deployments of Connect Xf Email Server: Suitable for customers without a legacy Email solution, and are first-time licensed users of Connect Xf Email Server. Scope of work starts from deployment planning, site readiness to Go Live and Monitor, Observe and Maintain.
- Migrating from existing third party Email solutions to Connect Xf: Suitable for customers with an existing legacy Email solution, and are first-time licensed users of Connect Xf Email Server. The scope is discussed and worked out as part of the feasibility study.
- Migrating from the existing Mithi Connect Server XD platform to the new Connect Xf platform: Suitable for customers who are already using existing Connect Server XD platform, and want to migrate to the new platform Connect Xf Email Server. This requires a process of deploying Connect Xf on parallel hardware, translating the data from Mithi Connect Server XD to Connect Xf formats and taking it live.
