In Mithi Connect Xf, users can configure their own signature in the mail client of their choice, viz. web mail client, desktop email clients like Outlook, etc. Signatures may carry information about the user like name, designation, contact numbers, address etc.
In addition, the administrators can configure a footer/disclaimer notice, which will be appended to mail sent by each user. This is applicable for messages sent by web mail client or desktop email clients. Mithi Connect Xf supports two types of footers/disclaimer notices viz. one which is appended to local mail and one which is appended to mail sent to remote users/domains. This allows the organization to have different types of notices depending on the recipient domain. |
