Job Description
The person will be responsible for all marketing related activities with the objective of generating leads for the sales team.
  • Extend Marketing support to sales teams to build sales volumes and meet sales targets through creating mailers, collaterals, presentations, using social media like Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter etc.
  • Establish and maintain marketing database and inventory control of marketing information.
  • Support business development opportunities with preparatory research & follow-up.
  • Interaction / co-ordination with other departments for the flow of information required by the marketing department.
  • Maintaining a database of proposals and also relevant market data.

Expected Candidate Profile
  • Graduate with a specialization in Marketing.
  • 2 yrs of relevant experience in the IT software industry.
  • Good verbal and written communication.
  • Good co-ordination and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills, ability to think logically and "out of the box".
  • Knowledge of Marketing and operations and analytical techniques.

Administration and Accounts Executive (Job code: AAE01)

Job Description
  • Carry out general administrative and office management tasks including filing, telephone answering, data entry, record keeping, printing, binding, project/ process support, etc
  • Responsible for maintaining the Mithi databases (sales, timesheeting, backup files etc).
  • Provide project support and ensure processes are followed.
  • Assist the accounts manager in maintaining accounting procedures.
  • Responsible for coordinating and organising events e.g. tradeshows and seminars
  • Assist the accounts manager in accounts related activities such as preparing and reviewing budgets, revenue, expense, invoices and other accounting documents, resolve accounting discrepancies and interact with internal and external auditors in completing audit
  • Establish, maintain and coordinate the implementation of accounting control procedures.

Job Description
  • Responsible for the entire sales cycle from lead generation, presales activities, follow up, closures and client issue resolutions.
  • Follow-up with customers for renewals, upsell opportunities through telephone, mails and visits (if required).
  • Meet or exceed orders targets.
  • Accurate forecasting of sales pipeline and orders.
